New crush
I have a new crush I've made a point to sit next to him in class and chat with him. Making an effort not to be too flirty or foreward and then after three weeks of doing good I am in the elevator with three classmates and he goes to get on and asks if he will fit and I make a fat joke... *epic fail* *forehead smack* foot in the mouth* self defeating erg~! He's not fat but he's not in any shape to jog a couple miles I honestly didn't even notice until he brought it up. I have a freaken crush on the guy. I think he's gorg. Even if he is a bit fluffy. Not sure what to do now. I suppose just continue on like it never happend.

Thank's grant I baked him cookies, but I haven't been overly foreward I suggested we start a study group but he didn't get a hint. Next class I will ask him out to coffee. Tum, yeah he seems to be a bit worried about his weight because when I gave him the cookies he asked if it was a fat joke he's not even that fluffy! He is appearantly pretty dense though! Just cause I happen to be the kind of girl who works out two hours a day doesn't mean I can't be incredibly into a guy who has a tad bit of fluff so he doesn't have a six pack! I don't care... I like him.

sounds like you need to make it clear to him that you are interested! Go for it, worst that happens, things are awkward for a bit, but time will progress, I promise. Best of luck to you!

Could he take a joke well? I don't know about you, but I don't think I can date a partner who can't take a good-natured joke. It's important for both of you to be natural together (or so I think.) I would see if it was a big deal for him, and if not, I'd continue to chat like it's not a big deal. After all, It's not what make him less attractive to you at all, right?
